I knew him as Chas. He was my step dad married to my mom Elaine in 1985. Because Chas was from New York we affectionately called "yankee" when kidding around. Though he was 10 years younger than Mama their energy matched. Chas was always tinkering with something and never Idle. We enjoyed the care packages his parents sent us every year at Christmas time. They were lovely parents i appreciate the good times we all had together. I pray Chas is at peace and enjoying a loving reunion with his family and friends already passed.
