Annie Bell Johnson Obituary

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the peaceful passing of the cherished Annie Bell Johnson on January 17, 2026. Born in Lugoff, South Carolina on April 26, 1935, she was the daughter of Fannie Brown.

Annie Bell spent many years serving others with her welcoming demeanor and radiant smile at a local hotels she worked. Her dedication to her work was an extension of her nurturing spirit and an expression of her desire to bring warmth and comfort to others. After her retirement, she filled her time with the things she loved most: traveling to new places and shopping for unique treasures.

In Lugoff, she found a spiritual home at Bethlehem Baptist Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a beloved and active member. Her faith was a guiding light in her life, and she lived it out through acts of kindness and love, inspiring those around her.
