CASSATT – Funeral service for Charlotte “Fruit” Ann Craig, 74, will be held at 1pm on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 5-7pm at the funeral home.

Fruit passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Born in Lee County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Clyburn Lane and Alice Hubbard Oliver (Luther Pete Oliver). Ms. Craig enjoyed cooking and fishing, and spending time with family and friends. She had a joyful spirit and always loved you with open arms.

Surviving are her children, Latithia Rice (Ashley), Alice Ryan, and Alex Hubbard; grandchildren, Jalen Rice, Jace Rice, Breana Blanding, Keana Blanding, and Duroin Blanding; bonus grandchild, Brajeret Jenkins, Jr.; siblings, Clyburn Jack Lane, Sylvia Sutton (Jessie), Charlene Lane, Jamie Forman (George), Janie McCaskill, and Thomas Lane; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Jolly Butler, Ricky Lane, Ralph Lane, Gregory Lane, Victoria Lane, and Michael Lane.
