LUGOFF- Norman Richard Elliott, 78, passed away on, Thursday, November 28, 2025. Born in Santa Cruz, CA, he was a son of the late Lloyd and Clara Boone Elliott. Norman was a member of the Camden Seventh Day Adventist Church. He enjoyed being outside and yardwork.

    Surviving are his wife of 40, Lorinda Gayle Evans Elliott; son, Sean W. Elliott of Liberty Hill; daughter, Kiana M. Elliott (Daniel Kim) of South Korea; sisters, Elaine Elliott and Sandy Elliott both of CA; and a step-brother, Harold Mar of CA.

    A celebration of life service will be held Monday at 5:30 p.m. at Seventh Day Adventist Church, Camden 612 Boykin Road, Camden, SC 29020.
