Lugoff - A service to celebrate the life of Lauren Dale Ritch, 26, will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hardshell Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Lauren passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025.  Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of Rhonda Mattox Ritch and the late Waylon Douglas Ritch, Sr.  She had a smile that was contagious and would light up any room and loved spending time with her family especially her children.  If anyone knew Lauren knew she would talk and talk, she would talk to a tree if possible.  She was so full of life.  Lauren was also known as the protector, if anyone messed with her family, she would not play around.

Surviving are her sons, Quavion Fulks of Columbia and Kash Harris of Lugoff; mother, Rhonda Ritch of Lugoff; sister, Meagan Ritch; brother, Waylon Ritch, Jr.; and paternal grandmother, Carolyn Bowen. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Johnny and Janice Mattox; and paternal grandfather, Colie Blease Bowen.

Lauren will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.
