Margie Wallace Obituary

Margie Mae Wallace, of Cassatt, South Carolina, born on October 23, 1953 in Kershaw, SC, to the late Lloyd Wallace and Margaret F. Howard Watkins. She passed away on November 5, 2025. 


She was a woman who found joy in the simple things in life, her greatest pleasure being listening to her favorite musician, Jelly Roll. She also had a special fondness for her cat, "Sparky".  Margie found peace and tranquility in fishing, her love for which was only surpassed by her love for her family and friends.


Left to cherish her memories is her daughter, Angelia Myers (Darrin) of Lancaster; brother, Jimmy Wallace; sister, Lynne Douglas (Rocky); 5 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren; step-father, Mike Watkins; nieces, Marie Parker and Chelsea Carnes (Korn), best friend, Lola Gale Adams (her Do Boy Carlyle Adams); special caretaker, Nichole Dease.


She was predeceased by daughters, Mary Paulette Whitley and Tammy Darlene Whitley; and sisters, Diane K. Parker and Doris Andrews. 


The family will receive friends on Friday, November 7, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. -until at 2631 Hwy 1 North, Cassatt, S.C.  29032.
