Harold Glenn "Willie" Shaw, 76, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Born in Sumter County, he was a son of the late Harvey and Martha Geddings Shaw. Willie was a member of St. John's Methodist Church, Rembert. He was an avid outdoors man and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing. Willie worked at Dupont for 32 years before retireing. He was also an avid reader, especially cowboy books by Louis L'Amour. Above all, he loved his family and grandchildren and spending time with them. 

    Surviving are his wife, Sarah Faye Shaw; children, Denny Cobb (Tiffany), Dean Cobb (Lori); grandchildren, Madison Cobb, Deacon Cobb, Cameron Custer (Liam); brothers, Danny Shaw (Julia), Tony Shaw, Gary Shaw (Missy); and his beloved pet, Sweet Pea.

    A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Powers Funeral Home. Wesley Shaw will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you donate blood or financially to the American Red Cross.
