It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Brandon Newton Smart, a beloved son, husband, and friend, who was born on May 24, 1991, in Columbia, SC, USA, and passed away on October 8, 2025. A unique soul who touched the lives of many with his one-of-a-kind personality, Brandon lived his life with an infectious enthusiasm and a sense of humor that brightened even the darkest days.

Brandon was a dedicated Respiratory Therapist, serving the community of Columbia, South Carolina with unwavering commitment and professionalism. Outside his profession, Brandon enjoyed watching youtube and wrestling, video games, and listening to music. 

Brandon is survived by his loving wife, Victoria Smart; children, Audrey Smart and Weston Smart; father, Ralf Smart; mother, Valerie Smart; brother, Cory Paisley; sister, Eva Pate (Dylan);  and special-oma, Sigrid Judice.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Matthew Whitaker and special maw-maw, Pauline Osborne.

A service for Mr. Smart will be held privately.
