LUGOFF- Brandy Lee Creel, 43, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Daughter of Danny Melvin Lee and Judy Lynn McClure, Brandy was born in Columbia, South Carolina, and graduated from Lugoff Elgin High School.

Brandy worked as a team lead for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Columbia, where she worked faithfully for over 25 years. Brandy's daughter’s Karsyn & Emma were the loves of her life along with her family which she adored. Brandy loved a good gossip session over ice cream and some good reality tv to top it off. Any given day you could find Brandy in the pool with her Mama until the sun went down and their toes were wrinkly. She gave the best life advice to her knuckle head brothers. She loved good country music, cooking for her family, being a mom, and chasing after the gremlin. She cheered for the Gamecocks on Saturday’s and thought her Daddy hung the moon. She consistently maintained the title of the best wife anyone could ask for to her beloved husband Jonathan.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 12 years, Jonathan Erwin Creel; daughters, Karsyn, Emmalyn; mother, Judy Lynn McClure(Rodney); father, Danny Melvin Lee(Tracy); and brothers, D.J. Lee (Heather) and Zachary McClure. She is also survived by her uncles, Teddy Lee, and Kenny Lee; Father in Law, Dennis Creel; Sister in Law, Kayla Creel. She was preceded in death by her Mother-in-Law, Donna Creel.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The Rev. Todd Horton will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
