With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Frank "Randy" Outen on July 31, 2025. Born on August 3, 1962, in Lancaster, SC, Frank was a beacon of compassionate love and support to all who knew him. 

 He was a loving husband to his wife Connie, whom he married on the 25th of June 1989. Randy was not just a loving husband but also a devoted father and doting grandfather. His hobbies included night fishing, hunting, and joking around, but his greatest joy was spending time with his grandkids, making them laugh and creating lasting memories.

Left to cherish his memories in addtion to his wife is his daughter, Virginia Mae Brakeman (Morgan); grandchildren, Cecinia Mae Brakeman and Penny Kay Erica Brakeman; sister-in-law, Tammy Outen; nephew, Shaun Outen and Adam Outen; great nieces and nephews, Sophie Smith, Jamie Smith, Payton Outen, Zoie Outen, Autumn Outen, Cooper Outen, Elijah Outen and Brianna Southerland; as well as numerous aunts and uncles.

Preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Willie Mae Outen; brother, Jack Clifford Outen; and great niece, Emalee Outen.

The memorial service to celebrate Frank's life will be held on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 2:00 pm  at Powers Funeral Home, 832 Ridgeway Road, Lugoff, South Carolina, 29078. We invite all those who knew and loved Randy to join us in honoring his exceptional life and spirit.
