Spencer Robert Root, 50, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Born in Claremont, NH, on January 24, 1975, he was the son of Deborah Wilson Lemere and the late Randolph D. Root. He married Danielle Marie Stull Root on September 12, 2023. He was a member of the Big Hoof Hunt Club in Kershaw, SC. He enjoyed hunting, gardening, grilling, road trips, guns and above all else being with his beloved family.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his brothers, Randy Root (Sue) of Claremont, NH and Michael Root of Claremont, NH; maternal aunt and uncle, Jane and Lovell Comstock of Claremont, NH; special friends, Mike Battles and Brian Lake;family friends, Deb and Chris Scudder; and fur babies, Daisy, Sparky and Edith.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Wayne and Barbara Wilson; and paternal grandparents, Lorrian and John Root.

Services for Mr. Root will be private.
