Sandra Seymour, 61, passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2025. Born in Lee County, SC, on February 19, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Harold T Outlaw, Sr. and Agnes Teresa Watkins. She was an animal lover, a hard worker and good mama. She also enjoyed movies and visiting with her family.

Left to cherish her memories is her son, Dustin Zan Outlaw (Elisa); stepdaughters, Stacey Seymour and Michelle Seymour; siblings, David Outlaw, Jackie Helms (Roger), and Amanda Eberts (Shawn); and grandchildren, Nevaeh Grace Outlaw, Reginald Davis, Antonio Garza, Aniya Outlaw and Ari’Yana Outlaw.

She was predeceased by her husband, Don Seymour; brothers, Phil and Tommy Outlaw.

A memorial service will be held at Powers Funeral Home on July 6, 2025 at 4:44 PM.
