LUGOFF- Vivian Beverly Neff, 82, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Born in Germans Corner, PA, she was a daughter of the late Oliver Owen and Mildred E.J. Hunsicker. Vivian, formally of Slatedale, PA, enjoyed crochet, reading, and watching wrestling and racing. She was an avid N.Y. Yankees fan, and loved traveling, especially to the mountains to watch animals. She had a passion for dogs and flowers. Vivian loved children and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

    Left to cherish her memory are her children, Dean Schellhamer (Linda), Darryl Schellhamer, Kathy Schellhamer Catoe (J. Preston), Gerald Neff, Jr.; grandchildren, Lita, Austin, Heather, Emeline, Chrissy, Daniel, Jamie, Julia; great-grandchildren, Cayden and Kori; special niece and nephew, Janie Schneck and David Andrews; and several other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by a brother, Sherwood Hunsicker.

 In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Citizen’s Fire Company #1 of Slatedale, PA.

The graveside service for my Mom will take place at the SlatedaleCemetery at 10am on Saturday 9/13/25.A gathering/light luncheon for family and friends will take place immediately following her service at the Good Shepherd United Church of Christ in the Fellowship Hall.The address for the Slatedale Cemetery is 8529-8555 S Loop Road, Slatington, PA. 18080 (It is located off of Brown Street on the left after leaving Slatedale as you are driving towards Mountain Road). The address for Good Shepherd UCC is 3940 Mountain Road, Slatington, PA. 18080.
