A service to celebrate the life of Sharon Hobbs Shirley, 77, will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Wateree Baptist Church Cemetery, Camden.  The Rev. Tim Shirley will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the National Kidney Foundation or your home church.

Mrs. Sharon Shirley, wife of the late Grayson Shirley, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at North Knoxville Medical Center in Knoxville, Tenn.  Born in Florence, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Lee and Sarah Stewart Hobbs.

Left to cherish her memory, are her sons, Randy Shirley (Sheila) of Matthews, N.C. and Darren Shirley of Sumter, S.C.; brothers, Lin Hobbs (Kim) and Glen Hobbs (Amy); sister, Tammy Hobbs Cox (David); grandchildren, Jessica Walker (Julian), Grayson Shirley (Ashley), Brittany Bowman (Jared), Landon Shirley, Dawson Shirley, Dalton Shirley, Madison Shirley, Jeffrey Shirley (Ashley), Melissa Cannon (Josh), Jeremy “Boogie" Shirley and Jonathan Shirley; great-grandchildren, Jamie Grayson Shirley, Jr., Kaleigh Shirley, Jacob Walker, Zoey Walker, Weston Shirley, Scotland Shirley, Brookson Shirley, Lyndsay Brady (Brendan), Jeffrey Shirley (Payton), Abigail Shirley, Cameron Shirley, Emily Shirley, Jacob Shirley, Jamie Amerson, Joshua Cannon and Caroline Cannon; great-great-grandchildren, Lillian Brady, Elloree Brady and Casen Brady; brother-in-law, Rev.
