REMBERT – A memorial service for Wanda Latonya Cooke, 49, will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 11:00 am at Powers Funeral Home.

Ms. Cooke passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025. Born in Kershaw County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Charlie James Lewis and Ethel Powell Cook. She loved and cherished her family.

Surviving are her children, Jarvis Cooke, Kenquanda Cooke, and Xavieonna Fletcher; siblings, Valerie Cauthen (Donald), Stacey Payne, Charlie Cooke (Robbin), and Gloria Jones (Lawrence); 11 nieces and nephews; lifetime best friends, Latoya Long and Meshell Ferguson. She was predeceased by her sister, Teresa McCray.
