MYRTLE BEACH – Services for Milissa Renee Snow, 51, will be held at a later date.

     Milissa passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025. Born in Camden, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Horace Kenneth Threatt, Jr. and June Hayes Threatt. She was lovingly known as “Wamilissa”. Milissa was hard-headed but arguably the best mom, best friend to her siblings, and an amazing aunt.

     Milissa had a way of making even the simplest moments special, whether it was a shared joke, or just sitting together in quiet understanding. She was kind, strong, and just cynical enough to see through empty promises but still hold on to a glimmer of hope. Though she’s no longer physically here, she will always be a part of everyone that she knew, carried in every cherished memory, every lesson she taught, and every love she shared.

   Surviving are her children, Kenneth Threatt, Kristin Threatt, Sean Hayes, William Shawn Ballard, and Ashley Sallee; granddaughter, Addyson Sallee; siblings, Tina Threatt-Reed (Jesse), Amanda Threatt-Jones (Will), Lori Pyle, Rubina Lewellen (Lee), Julie Knudson (Paul), Pamela Duffy (Dom), and Michael Threatt; and her cat, Sweet Pea; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her former spouse and best friend, Mark Snow.
