CAMDEN - A funeral service for John Glenn Marshall, 57, will be held Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. at St. John’s United Methodist Church with burial to follow in Fort Jackson National Cemetery. The Rev. Angela Marshall will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 29, 2025 from 5-7 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fostering Foster Animal Rescue at https://fosteringfoster.com/donate/ or the Theil-Meyer Pet Adoption Center at https://kchumanesociety.org/donations.


     Mr. Marshall passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025. Born in Alliance, OH, he was a son of the late Melvin Marshall, Sr. and Constance Sue Vicars Marshall. Mr. Marshall attended St. John’s United Methodist Church. He served in the U.S. Army and enjoyed his beloved English Bulldogs. John loved all things Cleveland Sports; he was a member of the Cleveland Browns Backers and enjoyed cheering on The National Champion Ohio State Buckeyes, as well as coaching youth baseball.


    Surviving are his wife, Tana Marshall; and siblings, Pamela DeGirolamo (Mike), Cindy Haney, Diana Stanford, and Melvin Marshall, Jr. (Jeff).
