Lugoff – Loci Lake Vicars Nelson, 73, formerly of Spartanburg, S.C., passed at home on Monday, March 17, 2025. Born in Big Stone Gap, Va., she was the daughter of the late William Mack and Iva Woods Vicars. She enjoyed scrap booking and going to the beach.

Surviving are her son, Archie H. Nelson III (Nikki) of Lugoff; and grandchildren, Aimee Nelson and Archie H. Nelson, IV. She was predeceased by sister, Lee Robinson; and brother, Bill Vicars.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to MUSC Health Hospice.

Services will be private.
