Bonnie Marie Blackmon Obituary

CAMDEN- Bonnie Bridges Blackmon, 58, passed away on November 12, 2024. Born in Fort Knox, KY, on April 03, 1966, she was the daughter of William Randolph Bridges and the late Mary Thomas Bridges. She was the Office Manager with Giles Family Dentistry for 20 years. She was a member of Sawneys Creek Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting, baking, shopping, traveling, bird feeding and her life revolved around coffee. But above all else she enjoyed being with her family, especially her grandchildren.


Left to cherish her memories is her husband of 3 years, Charles Allen Blackmon of Camden; father, William Randolph Bridges of Elgin; son, Zach Worley (Emma) of Camden, SC; daughter, Ashleigh Worley Branham (Reed) of Lugoff, SC; step-sons, Cody Blackmon (Jenny Humphries) of Camden, SC and Ethan Blackmon (Sarah) of Kershaw, SC; sister, Karen Boone of Hopewell, VA; grandchildren, Ryleigh Blackmon, Danielle “Dani” Blackmon, Kingsleigh Branham, Lucas Blackmon, Wesley Worley, Maddie Worley, Greer Branham, Ridge Blackmon and Ellie Worley.


A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024, at Camden First Baptist in Camden, SC at 2:00 pm. A inurnment will follow in Green Haven Memorial Garden in Elgin, SC. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association or American Cancer Society in Mrs. Blackmon’s honor.
