Obituary of Wilma Motley Campbell

LAURENS- A graveside service for Wilma Motley Campbell, 90, will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. in Blaney Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Jacob Helsley will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Blaney Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.

    Mrs. Campbell, wife of the late Marvin D. Campbell, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023. Born in Fairfield County, she was a daughter of late J. Thurmond Motley and Pluma Abbott Motley. Mrs. Campbell was a member of Blaney Baptist Church.

    Surviving are her daughter, Cheryl C. Walton of Greenwood; grandchildren; Russell Walton (Lara) of Simpsonville, Rebecca Deloach of Greer, Ryan Walton (Whittney) of Donalds; and 6 great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a son, Donald C. Campbell; and a sister, Mildred M. Ross.
