So sorry to learn of Joe's passing. Have known him since the late 60s when he rode a Triump motorcycle and I just started riding. He was a very positive influence on me and I will miss him dearly.

Sorry to hear of your loss. Joe was an old friend from the neighborhood when we were very young. May God be with you in your time of need.

Dear Family, We went to school with Kathy and we go far back with Joe. He was a favorite at the fitness center and we all loved to tease. He had a quick wit and could hold his own with the sharpest crowd of gym clowns. I was always glad when he came in and so was the rest of the guys. We truly loved him and will miss him with the fondness of memories. God bless and comfort you as you adjust to his absence. I am sure our Lord will give him a fine horse and let him wander the western prairies for a while before he takes him home, searching for the buffalo and his beloved Indians. His heart was always there.

From: Walter and Linda Smith - 6/13/2018

Dear Ratcliffe family. I am so sorry to have read of the death of Joseph. Please accept my sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28, 29 and Revelation 21:4. (Please read) May God give you and your family comfort in His promise that soon we will never experience losing our loved ones in death and we will be able to see them again once they are resurrected. With deepest sympathy and warmth of heart.

We were so sorry to hear of Joe's passing into heaven. We enjoyed talking to him when he came to our business. James worked next door to him for years, and they enjoyed light joking about their businesses. He will certainly be missed. prayers for the family - RIP Joe
