I have been out of the State for awhile and have just learned of Lee's passing. I will always be forever indebted to him- he thwarted a robbery at my home in Camden. He had installed a security system back in the 1970's. My alarm went off and the police went to check and found nothing amiss and decided that it was a false alarm. Lee, however, KNEW that someone was inside the house because he had installed interior door detectors. If any interior door was opened, a SILENT alarm went off. The would-be thieves had jimmied a window to get in and then closed it again. The police found no sign of entry. Lee, even though he lived up at the river, raced to Camden. He knew that it would take a human to open an interior door. He arrived, gun in hand, and the robbers DROPPED a huge bag of loot and ran for their lives. They were never found. But I didn't lose a thing---! He was proud of that and I was grateful! My sincerest condolences to his family.

I was deeply saddened to read of the loss of Mr. Griggs. He helped me in a difficult situation several years ago, and I will never forget that. I pray that God comforts you during this difficult time. Sincerely, Rajena Miles

Jean, Leigh, and family, My sincere condolences to you on this terrible, sudden loss. It comes as a terrible shock and my prayers are with you as you adjust to the blow. I pray Our Lord will be with you and comfort you, in this time of trouble. I am indebted to Ilona Urban Blakeley for introducing me to Lee when I was desperately in need of a campaign manager for my 2010 effort to unseat Bob Inglis. She praised Lee to the skies and he did not disappoint. He was so kind, so efficient, so inspiring and competent - I felt like the good Lord had sent me a guardian angel straight from Heaven. Now Lee really is heaven-bound and I know he will be looking out for all of us until we meet again. God bless, Christina

I am sorry to hear of your loss. One of the most difficult things we have to deal with is the death of a loved one. The Bible promise: "He will swallow up death forever and will wipe the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8) The Bible gives us hope that one day our dead loved ones will be brought back to life.
